In 90 days, we’ll turn your chaotic, reactive dog into a calmer, happier and easier dog– without hours of daily training or extreme methods.

You didn’t expect dog ownership to feel like this.

You pictured walks through your neighborhood.
Trips to the beach.
Play dates. Hiking trails. Sitting at a café while your dog lays calmly by your side.

Instead, you’re strategizing how to avoid every trigger.
Hiding behind Amazon trucks, avoiding the “nemesis” dog’s street and trying to handle the meltdowns as they pop up (both yours and your dog’s)
And bracing for the moment when it all falls apart — again.

Right now, your dog lunges. Barks. Panics. People stare. Some cross the street. Others mutter things under their breath (ignore them).

And even though you know it’s not your dog’s fault…
You can’t help but feel embarrassed, judged, and alone.

“Before this program, I was told to rehome my dog. Now we walk confidently past others. This course changed everything.” — Chris

Before we go any further

I want to tell you something important:

You’re not a bad dog owner.
You’re dog is not too far gone, it’s not too late, and no, they are not untrainable.
You’ve been doing your best in a world that keeps giving you the wrong system.

When I brought Bella home, I had been a marine mammal trainer for 7 years, but nothing could have prepared me for the emotional rollercoaster that came with her reactivity.

I had the knowledge. I had the experience. And still, I found myself crying on the sidewalk after another meltdown.

I felt completely alone and defeated.

All I had known my whole career was positive-only training, but I could have turned into a hot dog myself and Bella would not have care if there was a trigger around.

I knew something had to change, so I changed.

I stopped trying to just make her feel better with food and started listening to what her body language and behaviors were really telling me.

I learned to see her behavior not as defiance… but as dysregulation. She was stuck in fight-or flight and everything was so overwhelming. She literally could not learn because her brain and nervous system were so out of wack.

I built the Chaos to Calm method for one reason: To make sure you don’t have to go through this same struggle alone and spin your wheels for years wondering why nothing is working (just like I did).

Lizzy teaches the why behind your dog’s behavior — not just the how. She helped me understand my dog, not just control her. - Anne

Hi! I’m Lizzy.

And I’ve been where you are.

This isn’t another obedience course.

This is a retraining of your dog’s nervous system — and your own.

It’s the exact roadmap I’ve used with my own dog and my board & train clients for years. It’s helped hundreds of dog owners just like you build calmer, and easier lives with their dogs because we target your dog’s brain. I do this through my training method I created called The Whole Dog Approach.

The Whole Dog Approach

A realistic path for real life — not perfect conditions. Every dog is unique, but their problems are not. There is a repeatable system I use to help dogs from Great Danes to Cavapoos. We look at your dog, your lifestyle, their genetics and life as a whole to heal their reactivity.

This is not force-free only or punishment-based either.
This is realistic training that works in the real world— and that’s exactly what this method reflects.

✔️ We’re kind, but not a push over
✔️ We’re firm in expectations but gentle in teaching them.
✔️ We’re fair — always

My job is to help you become the leader your dog actually needs:
Not a drill sergeant. Not a pushover.
A calm, confident, connected guide, someone your dog can trust.

Together, we’ll look at what your dog needs, adjust when necessary, and build a plan rooted in clarity and teamwork.

Because reactivity is not a behavior problem.
It’s a nervous system problem.

And the Whole Dog Approach addresses what traditional training misses:

🧠 We don’t just train behavior — we create regulation
🦴 We provide structure that supports your dog’s needs
🐾 We build your dog’s confidence through strategic exposure
💛 We help you feel like a capable, connected leader to help your dog thrive in our human world.

“Lizzy showed me how to be both kind and clear. She meets you and your dog exactly where you are.” — Kaylen & Clyde

Let me tell you what I know about your life right now:

  • You walk at weird hours to avoid other dogs.

  • You’ve Googled more about leash reactivity than you ever thought possible.

  • You’ve skipped walks because you just can’t face another public meltdown.

  • You’ve watched your dog go from unbothered to explosive in seconds.

  • You’ve tried ALL of the gear, tools, corrections, treats, e-collars, body blocks, bartering with the universe and still feel lost.

You don’t want a perfect dog.
You just want a dog who feels safe, and a life with them that doesn’t feel like damage control.

If your dog is:

  • Anxious or hypervigilant

  • Fearful or panicky in public

  • Barking, lunging, or pulling uncontrollably

  • Over excited, jumping, and loud

  • Triggered by dogs, people, bikes, noises, cars, or unpredictability

  • Completely dysregulated on walks — no matter how much you train.

  • A dog

Then Chaos to Calm was built for your dog.

And if you’re the kind of person who’s:

  • Already spent money on training but still feels stuck

  • Wondering if you’re doing something wrong

  • Avoiding walks, public places, or visitors

  • Living with constant stress and anxiety over your dog’s behavior

  • Starting to lose hope, but still searching for something that actually works.

  • Wanting more freedom for you and your dog

  • Ready to make a change so life with your dog will get 10x easier

Then you are exactly the person I created this for.

The cost of not fixing reactivity is more than you realize.

I have worked with owners whose dogs:

– Jumped through a window because of a trigger.
– Had to let their dog’s leash go so they didn’t get pulled down.
– Had their shoulder dislocated from leash pulling.
– Had a lawsuit from their dog chasing a neighbor.
– Have destroyed the home and furniture

And every one of those owners says the same thing:
“I didn’t know it could get this bad.”

The truth is:
Without support, reactivity can get worse.
The triggers stack. The stress builds.
And your dog’s world, and yours, gets smaller and smaller until one day you look up and realize you have become trapped in their reactivity.

You don’t need to wait for things to break to start rebuilding.

“Before this program, I couldn’t go on walks. We were told to rehome him. Now he’s calm, confident, and I finally feel like I know what I’m doing.”
— Chris

Inside Chaos to Calm, you’ll learn how to:

  • Read your dog’s signals before things escalate

  • Create a structured, predictable environment that reduces reactivity

  • Use calm-building tools and decompression to reset stress patterns

  • Train in a way that builds resilience — not pressure

  • Handle public situations with clarity, not panic

  • Rewire your dog’s emotional responses using science-backed strategy

And you’ll do it all with support, clarity, and confidence — even if you work full-time or have zero extra hours in your day.

I’ve spent the last 5+ years proving it.

Before this program was online, it was my in-person board & train system — and I’ve seen it work for hundreds of reactive dogs across every breed, background, and behavior challenge.

From leash reactivity…
To fear-based shutdown…
To dogs who’ve bitten out of fear or overstimulation…

This isn’t theory.
This is real-world tested.
Broken down into simple, doable steps — for even the busiest dog owners.

Here’s how we do it — step by step:

A proven path from reactivity to regulation, no matter where you're starting.
We don’t just teach your dog what not to do. We help you build a strong foundation, manage the hard moments, and rewire your dog’s emotional response from the inside out.

Build structure. Set the tone. Create calm.

  • Create a clear, confident leadership role your dog can trust

  • Use name recognition, boundaries, and consistency to build a language your dog understands

  • Set your household up for success, even if multiple people are involved

  • Learn how to bridge your communication, reset routines, and spot early wins

  • Get a realistic plan for progress (not perfection) in Week 1

Shift your dog’s state and yours.

  • Determine whether your dog is Easy, Medium, or Hard, and how to adjust for their needs

  • Master the "place" command for decompression, even with nervous or anxious dogs

  • Add distractions and real-life challenges to grow their confidence

  • Set clear training goals that fit your lifestyle, not a dog trainer’s

  • Handle judgment, fear, and mental fatigue with coaching-backed mindset shifts

Get ahead of outbursts & take control of chaos.

  • Understand what reactivity really is and how to manage it day to day

  • Learn your dog’s threshold zone and how to stay below it

  • Use perpendicular and parallel passing strategies to move by dogs, people, or bikes without meltdowns

  • Handle visitors, door knocking, and surprise triggers with clarity

  • Get tools and plans for recovery after a reaction, no spiral required

Change how your dog responds for good.

  • Use desensitization and exposure training to shift emotional reactions

  • Set up effective sessions in real environments with clear goals

  • Close the distance to triggers gradually and safely

  • Watch real case studies (like Gerry & Remy) and see the method in action

  • Apply the Green Zone principle to stay in a place of learning, not panic

You're never doing this alone.

This is more than training.

You won’t just have a calmer dog.
You’ll have more trust, more peace, and more confidence in your dog and yourself.

You’ll go from “what if I mess this up?”
→ to “I know exactly what to do.”

“I finally feel proud of how I show up for my dog. And I know he feels it too.”
— Emily & Moose

Let’s get you both there — together.

  • In-person training can help, but it often fades when the trainer leaves. That’s because real results come from you knowing how to handle things, in your home, on your walks, during everyday chaos. Chaos to Calm™ gives you that skill set for life. This isn’t about watching someone else train your dog. It’s about learning how to support them through triggers, regulate their stress, and rebuild trust step by step. You’ll have less regression because you’re the one doing the work with ongoing guidance, live coaching calls, and my eyes on your progress. You won’t just “get results.” You’ll know how to keep them.

  • I’ve worked with some of the most intense reactivity cases. I have had dogs start training with me from 10-13 years old. I have worked with dogs who couldn’t leave the house, barked at everything, or had already bitten out of fear. This program meets your dog where they are. The methods are designed to support nervous system regulation no matter the starting point. You’re not too late, and your dog isn’t broken.

  • Most training programs only focus on behavior. Chaos to Calm works at the root — your dog’s regulation and stress response. I am usually the 3rd or 4th trainer that people work with, but I am also the last one they need because we get results. You’re not starting over. You’re finally addressing what other methods missed. Many of my students say, “I wish I had started here first.”

  • The program is built for real life, not perfect conditions. Many practices fit into your existing routine. You will need some time to watch or listen to the videos but you don’t need hours of daily training. Just a few intentional minutes each day can create meaningful change.

  • Yes. This framework works for all breeds and backgrounds and I help you tailor it inside our coaching calls. Whether you have a shepherd, doodle, rescue, or anything in between, this method adapts to your dog.

  • That’s exactly why support is built in. You get weekly group coaching calls on Tuesdays at 1 PM and 7 PM EST, plus video reviews of your training sessions so I can give you personalized feedback. You won’t be left guessing — I’m there every step of the way. You can also upgrade to the mentorship program later on too for more 1:1 support

  • I’m a realistic trainer. Not force-free only, and not punishment-based. I’ll teach you how to lead your dog with clarity, kindness, and fair expectations. There’s a way to be both compassionate and firm. We teach out dogs what we don’t want them to do and reward the things we do want to see. I do not use excessive or harsh corrections.

  • That’s okay — not all dogs are food-driven at first, and this is more common than you think. Week 1 of the program is designed to build motivation and communication from the ground up. Your dog is motivated by something, whether that’s play, movement, attention, or something else. We’ll figure it out together. You’ll learn how to strengthen your bond, read your dog’s signals, and use what motivates them to create real progress.

  • That’s a valid fear, especially if you’ve tried things before. But this isn’t just another course. It combines real-world behavior science, nervous system regulation, step-by-step coaching, and ongoing support. If you show up and use the tools, you’ll get results — and I’ll be here to help you adjust if something’s not landing.
